Basic Guide Lines - ethics

As your learning journey move through this training, you are not just understand deeper aspects of yoga, but you will have the opportunity to practice, to implement yoga in your daily life.

It is part of the process, your experience of adopting a set of principles to live by in order to practice your yoga in everyday circumstances, for exemple:

Kindness and Non-Judgement:

Known as ahimsa in Sanskrit, this concept encourages us to keep our hearts open and move through our day-to-day lives with less judgement and more love.

Truthfulness and Openness:

Called satya in Sanskrit, truthfulness asks us to speak and act in a way that uplifts others, or at the very least, does not diminish them. This applies to all forms of communication including, but not limited to: verbal conversation, email and social media posts.

Gratitude and Giving Back:

Often translated as Contentment, the principle known as santosha is an opportunity for us to utilise our newfound skills and knowledge to benefit others and share with others. Continuously look for opportunities to be in service to others as you learn in this course.

You will learn more about the ethical principles of the yoga practice as you move through this course, but just to experience the above principles.
